Paratai Drive - Liquid Ember Dekton

We proposed the use of Liquid Ember Dekton, a suggestion that resonated instantly with my clients. For the River Wood Matai table, a creative nod to the water theme, a central Dekton inset is supported by two sets of V-shaped legs crafted from River Wood. The table is adorned with LEDs, creating a captivating visual spectacle after dark.

Attached to this table is a substantial copper-clad island, influenced by the panelling seen on the clients' impressive six-meter pivoting entrance door. The design facilitates a generous flow on both sides of the island, seamlessly integrating steel posts. The decision to clad these posts in a bronze mirror finish contributes to their subtle disappearance within the overall aesthetic.
